Years later, fate offered a second chance. Nate, believing Sarah was home only briefly, finally found the courage to reach out — an act of bravery laid bare by Snapchat’s relentless “typing” alerts, and all the more endearing for it.
Their connection grew quickly: two dates, a week apart while Sarah traveled to New York, and then, a closeness that neither time nor distance could shake.
Together, they built a life full of laughter, adventure, and loyalty — traveling across Spain, China, Ireland, Scotland, the Dominican Republic, France, England, Mexico, and on a three-month road trip across North America and into Canada.
Along the way, they welcomed their beloved dog, Odin, into their family — a small soul who made their life together feel even more complete.
